WELCOME - This is my personal website and is a compilation of information and links to many resources that I hope you will find useful in educating yourself about the Myositis Diseases and provide you with important resources and any necessary support. Whether you are the one that is sick or a family member or friend, remember you do not need to be alone in dealing with these diseases. For any "out of country" visitors to this site I live the Seattle area of Washington State, U.S.

As a 36 year long term survivor of my disease, Juvenile Dermatomyositis, I wanted to share with you my experiences and my thoughts and I wish you find this site hopeful as well as helpful.

Please SIGN my guest book AND mark your location on the map. If  you would like to contact me with questions or you would just like to correspond, email me at ann@myositisNW.org. I try to answer all my email and I will respond as quickly as I can. This past year has been a real challenge for me so at times I haven't been very good at answering you but keep reminding me and try again if I don't answer the first time. I hope you enjoy my website as I have enjoyed putting it together. It is my creative outlet and my contribution to our cause. Check back often as I will continue to update my site.  I welcome any suggestions on how to improve my site or things you'd like to see or learn about.

Sincerely, Ann
